I eat broccoli to be more green, also I don't beat my kids so they can have respect for the world around them .

Cool topic OP
Some are for green, some are for green and cheapness:

-I do the pee thing that the OP mentioned. I live alone. I also do the shower thing.

-Reuse ziploc bags if I store something dry in them.

-Try to store wet food in tupperware.

-Reuse grocery bags.

Most are small, but I think they're more than worth doing.

I do those as well

also as far as solar is concerned

If you do it properly you can set it up to where you came money off them. It takes a few years to break even but after awhile you can get your money back.

Like some of the others, I do nothing to be green. I grew up turning lights off that aren't being used and not wasting resources. But that was for monetary savings.

I ride my motorcycle instead of driving my car when I can. I save money on fuel and it's a lot more fun than driving.

I recycle but only because the trash company gives me two trash cans. One for waste, one for recyclables. If they didn't, I wouldn't.

I don't do things to try and be green, I do things to save money, such as not leaving computers on all the time, or not wasting water.

If it ends up being green, that's fine, but I do what I do to save money or for convenience.
I cycle to work instead of driving because it's quicker and easier too.

Not much. I leave my computer on 24/7 because it is convenient to have access to it remotely while I'm gone and sometimes I leave stuff downloading. I take showers as long and hot as I want (unless I'm a guest somewhere then I limit myself to ~5-6min).

I drive when I could walk instead. I throw everything in the garbage because there's no recycling bin. To be fair though I'm not a very high consumption person. I might use one small plastic bag worth of garbage in a week. I do use reusable containers for most stuff but that's usually convenient for food.

I use about $60 of gas every two weeks sometimes more. $60 only gets me about 450km though.
