I've never understood why people would have a significant other if they were bored with them...

Find something you enjoy doing....if you don't enjoy anything...I recommend paxil or zoloft.

Who cares if people think you joined a circus?!? Do what you want, when you want, but being civil and responsible at the same time of course.

I took up biking (cycling). I go to bed early now (9-10pm) and wake up earlier so my mornings are free for exercise. In fact, was just down in Manhattan the other day on my bike. They are building a Greenway around the whole island that you can take advantage of - if you need more excitement in your life, try driving through traffic. 56th Street to Central Park will add some excitement to your day :D

I wish I was bored for 5 hours a day. I've been analyzing your schedule and I guess I must be pretty inefficient:

04:10AM - 04:50AM : Wake up and shower
05:00AM - 05:30AM : Go to work
05:30AM - 06:15AM : Do my morning routine
06:15AM - 06:30AM : Eat breakfast
11:15AM - 11:30AM : Eat lunch
03:00PM - 03:30PM : Go home
03:30PM - 05:00PM : Take off work clothes, play w/ dogs, socialize, check mail, etc
05:00PM - 06:00PM : Work out
06:00PM - 07:00PM : Stretch, protein shake, make & eat dinner
07:00PM - 08:00PM : Take Shower, brush teeth, get ready for bed
08:00PM - 10:00PM : Read email, shop online, watch tv, play games, click on atot links I couldn't click on from work, go to sleep

This gets my vote. Train for a marathon or triathlon. If you get hooked it can consume all your free time and keep you fit in the process.
