for extreme cases, u can get them surgically removed. Lancing and draining them flattens them out, but they never truly go away and can therefore come back again.

I've lanced some myself, but it's never pretty. Make sure u have lots of alcohol pads and some kind of antibiotic ointment on hand.

It's soft, and there's hardly any type of pain, just a very slight one. Don't think I want to drain it though.
