oh yeah, it's def a cyst.

if you leave it alone, it may go away or it may not, sometimes for weeks.

best thing to do is to get a doc to prescribe topical antibiotics or something.

when it gets really really soft, that means it can rupture easily, so be careful at that point. If it does rupture, u may want to drain it (again, with lots of tissues, alcohol, antibiotic ointment, and a bandaid on hand)

Thanks, I appreciate your help. I'll see if I can go to the doctor tomorrow. I've used that Clyndomycine stuff before, but it would always dry up my face. But it did work when I used it.

I've seen that video. Its gross. Looks like toothpaste just coming out of that thing.
 
dood, i have like 3 of them on my forehead (smaller though). they are red and look like mosquito bites, and i've had them for over a week...

This is probably the most accurate answer.

Its definately very very irritating.
If you leave it alone, it may take weeks to flatten out(if even at all).
if you put any pressure on it at all(liek trying to squeeze the puss out) it will get bigger and redder.

I have had these way back then and it is the most embarressing.
Usually I never let it flatten out cause it never does and you suffer the embarressment while waiting.
If you let it grow for a few days it will get soft and usually puss will form and then you can squeeze it out.
Its the fastest way i know of to get rid of it.

Of course I never did go to the doctor either.
And thank god I never get those anymore.
 
its a boil. don't squeeze it or you will have a crater like scar forever. let it go, i guess. I've got like 3-4 boil scars :/

Actually, i had a similar thing on my forhead, it started out as a pimple, but got bigger as i messed with it.

I tried the whole needle thing, but it didn't work, and it hurt like a mofo. Just take a hotpad, and put it on that sucker, so hot that it almost burns, but doesn't. That'll draw out the ****** inside it, thats what i did for mine, and it was gone in a couple days, that was last week, good thing its gone too, cause I have a date with a pretty lady this week 😀
 
Looks kinda like a pimple to me...I sometimes get those, just not that big...I squeeze the outside real hard, find where the head will be, the sqeeze that area...Bunch o crap pops out, then it's over with the next day...
