I support a whole range of telecom related equipment. Everything from Nortel DMS-100/500 voice switching equipment to Nortel Optera Metro transport equipment.

Last job was working at McDs back 2yrs ago. Just got on with a call centre. Not really my thing, but the company has its own IT and there is opportunity there down the road, so that's where my direction is right now. Taking the long way into entry level IT openings. Even if it doesn't work out, at least the 2-3yrs customer service background will be good foundation for me to get into telephone help desk.
