Keep in mind that if you are a beginner then you should be sticking to the basics of protein, multivitamin, fish oil, and maybe creatine!

Currently I drink about 2 Cyto Gainer Shakes a day. Sometimes if I cant get whole food into my body immediately after a workout I'll drink 2 scoop Muscle Milk shake. Then about 1.5 hours before bed I drink a True Mass shake. Yes, its a lot of shakes, but I eat a lot of whole foods as well.

I also take 2 Uni-Liver and 2 Fish Oil caps three times a day with a meal. Uni-Liver is a nice shot of EAA's and Fish Oil is the wonder drug.

Those are pretty much my basics that I'll stick with till the end of time. No multi right now, but might go back to Orange Triad.

I've tried a whole host of joint supplements from Animal Flex to bulk cissus, Orange Triad, and now currently using celadrin. No magic, but my joints are pretty bad so it cant hurt.

And lastly, sometimes before a workout I'll drink a scoop of SuperPump250 or a 200mg caffeine pill. Then during my workout I drink about 150 calories from carbs from Cyto Max.

Nothing crazy right now but I have had success with test boosters before.

i take 2 multivitamin/4 fish oil/3 fat burner (non-stim) and fiber with my protein shakes during the course of the day. That's about it. Maybe i'll dive into more stuff when i can afford it.

I'm not too consistent with my supps, but I use creatine, fish oil, men's multivitamin, Tribulus Terrestris (natural test booster), and ZMA. Once in a while I'll have a protein shake but I prefer to get my protein from meat and eggs.

I normally drink 2-3 protein shakes a day, depending on how much I get from what I eat during the day. I'm going to start taking orange triad shortly, and normally before the gym i'll take some superpump250 and cellmass afterwards.

When my tri training starts getting close to full iron distances there are some Endurox products I'll probably start using. Along with GU and energy bars of course. But that's a few months off yet.

I just stick with the basics: whey protein isolate (syntrax nectar), costco multivitman, costco fish oil. I'm not training for any sport or competition or whatever, so there's absolutely no reason to put any other chemicals in my body.

Prolab whey protein, ON BCAA & Glutamine capsules, Men's vitamin, Glutamine, caffeine pills.

Will start looking at the GU/energy shots once I get into the much longer distances in the marathon training. (Over 1.5-2 hours, I'm good on energy for anything shorter than that)
