What sort of nutritional supplements do you take?

All my supplements are from Costco, but I take a Multi-vitamin, Vitamin C, Calcium, Fish Oil, and Flaccid Oil daily.

1) Multivitamin
2) Creatine
3) Fish oil
4) Protein

Pretty much just the basics. I'll take the EC stack sometimes while dieting as well.

I stopped taking a multivitamin since I cleaned up my diet a great deal. My water intake has been sporadic the past couple of months or else I would be using creatine and whey protein together. Right now it's just the whey right after a workout. Other than that, I try to get most of my benefits from a good diet, staying hydrated, doing many types of exercise, and getting plenty of sleep.

Just a protein shake, but I guess that's really more of a meal replacement.

Fish oil and a whey protein shake 6 days/week. I stopped taking a multivitamin a few weeks ago and haven't really noticed a difference.

1. Multivitamin: finishing up my last bottle and will then stop using them. I've switched to a diet of almost completely whole foods, so I don't think I need these any more.
2. Whey protein: I find it much easier to drink a shake right after a workout than eat a piece of meat. I also occasionally drink a shake at work when the catered lunch is severely lacking protein. It's one of the few highly processed products still in my diet and I'm trying to come up with a good way to replace it.
3. Fish oil: it's hard to get enough omega 3's from the modern diet, so this is the only real keeper. Tons of benefits and as long as you get it from a reputable source (e.g. Costco), should be pretty safe.

None. I eat food. I drink water, milk, tea and occasionally fruit juice.

What's "flaccid" oil, btw? Do you mean flaxseed oil?

Yeah, is that the opposite of Viagra?

The only supplement I take right now is fish oil. I don't believe multivitamins have any benefit if you have a decent diet. Considering taking creatine, but will have to read about it more before deciding.
