Heh... I was thinking Pink Floyd - Free Four
Or maybe John Lennon - Imagine

I actually plan on setting up the playlist in advance.

Why would you care? You'll be already dead by then, it has no significance if they play some crappy music or not. Now why would anyone care, really?

"many rivers to cross" by jimmy cliff, "angel" by aretha franklin, and i've always had this fantasy that some beautiful, tearful woman would insist on "you're the best thing that ever happened to me" by gladys knight.

Either Highway to Hell or Stairway to Heaven.

Pick one. You can't play em both.

Without a doubt mine is Jimi Hendrix's live version of "I Don't Live Today" from the 1990 Compilation disc "Kiss The Sky" (only release containing that version AFAIK). The feedback-ridden solo in that song wrote the dictionary for me. It is the golden standard for my ears. Quite possibly his best performance ever. Please someone else tell me they have heard this track.

Heard it, loved it. I think I'd want Stevie Ray Vaughan's rendition of 'Little Wing'.
