What software do you use to burn CDs?

I've got to go 'against the grain' and say ...

Nero!

It's the best out there, at least for Windoze. The latest ver actually fixes the few things that have bugged me in previous versions... Easy CD sucks arse... And I don't care for XP's built-in writing at all.

I also utilize DiscJuggler and FireBurner, as well as CloneCD. Just depends on what I'm copying/writing or whatever.
