I weigh 152 pounds, and can bench 220.
152/100 = 220/x
x = (220*100)/152
x = ~145%
I understand that there are many other workouts that could be tallied instead of benching, feel free to list your stats, I just merely chose one common one that more people would likely know.
The reason I ranked by percentage is the accuracy factor; i.e. I am a light weight, and would expect someone that weighs 250+ pounds to have a much easier time putting up higher weights.
