I've heard this for years. I can tell you it must be a personal thing because I have NEVER felt great after exercise and I've been in top shape exercising daily (in the past).


It's not that I feel physically good after exercising so much as mentally satisfied. It's especially so after completing a workout that I didn't really feel like doing beforehand but made myself do anyway.
 
Try knocking large rocks loose from federally protected natural rock formations in national parks. And make some cash from posting videos of it on big internet sites. You'd have to disguise your face or wear some kind of mask so you don't get caught.
 
Its annoying when people make them for stupid reasons. On the other hand, when they are used appropriatly to mark mass graves or overgrown trails they are damn good to see.

yeah, or on a mountain side where its blizzarding, but in the middle of a creek bed? At the top of a peak where there are already hundreds of em?
