Well, computers are my hobby I guess.

Used to fish. Not so much anymore

Police scanners/shortwave

and... EATING! LOL

Why fainting goats if I may ask? I just learned recently that those are even a thing.
EDIT: I mean do you eat them or what?

Weightlifting
Music (listening to, and playing the piano)
Running
Reading (sadly taken over by law texts as of recent </3)
Auto Repair (just replaced the struts and had lots of fun)

Motorcycles
Mountain Biking
Sailing
Ocean Fishing

Those are probably the main ones at the moment. I used to surf regularly but after my son was born I just didn't have the time anymore. I still have 3 surfboards and my son has expressed interest in learning but that would require him getting up before 10AM on the weekends and that isn't happening.

Weightlifting
Tennis, haven't payed in agessssss...use to play 2x a week
Table tennis 😀

Koing

I really need to start doing this again, but something that has never changed is I HATE getting up early to exercise..or anything else. I like to sleep in.

That's the beauty of exercise. It sucks when you're doing it but it feels great after. Nothing to start your day like a long run.

Reading
Walking
Discussing Politics and News (yes, I've only met a couple of people who that was possible with so I don't do that very often in person lately)
Plinking
Watching Movies

should get back into...

Lifting
Jump-roping
Photography (I'm considering the LG V10 because of its extensive manual mode options for the camera)

some people do better with exercising in the afternoon or early evening than in the morning. might work better with your schedule.

I used to yog every morning too. Then something happened and now I get odd pains in my ankles and back after even just 1 mile. Sucks.

Biking might work for you. One of my acquaintances was an avid runner in younger days but now bikes (1000s of miles a year) for some of the same reasons you mentioned.

For me it's the one time of day that I have almost full control over. Can't blame traffic, work, spouses schedule, kids activities, ect on skipping. It's just me and the alarm clock.

Tennis - I suck at it but keep trying
Gardening - building a raised bed garden now, got tired of growing in pots - got lots of fruit trees in back yard
Fishing - catch lots of small fish, not big ones yet (need to get me a boat)

Is fixing crap that breaks around the house counts as a hobby? I seem to do a lot of that as well.

I've heard this for years. I can tell you it must be a personal thing because I have NEVER felt great after exercise and I've been in top shape exercising daily (in the past).

The best part, when time is allowed, is getting done and enjoying a huge breakfast with zero guilt. Potatoes in the cast iron with some onions is a good start. Crack a few eggs over the top and you're golden.

Oh hell yes.

For some reason I think we talked about this in another thread... but I can't remember which one. This meal will never grow old on me. The more crispy/black the potatoes, the better. For the ultimate experience, top with some chipotle hot sauce. NOM.

The breakfast picture thread. I rock my cast iron for breakfast too.

*HIGH FIVE*
