the "mountain of bs they're dumping on us" hardly affects me so i'm not too concerned about it, as i've stated probably a dozen times in the past week.

if the price was a concern for me i wouldn't be interested in it.

Hahah, it's gonna be like the people who paid $699 for the 3DO on launch, only to see them $99 or less a year later. Good value for money! It'll be extra gold if they shut down the servers in a couple years due to not enough customer base to support it, rendering all the games and consoles useless. Maybe we'll see a huge class action suit, but with the EULA's basically telling you that you're screwed it's probably not likely.

Considering MS has already stated they can change the terms of service on these at any time, it's a good possibility that if this doesn't do well, yea, more than likely goodbye servers and games, however, I think with a simple pushed patch, they can take the check away for those that have games.
