Toyota Supra (new one)

I was surprised at this one...I already knew it was small, but in-person, the design...looked like a bulldog carved out of ice cream, which had melted in the sun. Like just SUPER funky-looking! Seeing it IRL from multiple angles kinda changed my mind on the design, in a negative way...

I saw Ferrari FF, may have been GTC4Lusso, they're very similar. Two days in a row, Thu and Fri, same one though, white color. Ferrari's ain't rare here, but never saw the hatchback model before, funny to see it twice day after day. A bit unassuming as far as Ferraris go.

NE Toronto (Markham, Richmod Hill, North York) is good for seeing fancy cars. Lots of rich Chinese, and showing off status symbols seems important to them.
In an average month I will see couple Ferraris, Rolls Royce, Lambos, etc. Taycan is something I see once or twice a week. Merdeces S class, it's rare that I can drive more than 10-15 mins without seeing one. Tesla S too.

Case in point, this is just from today's ~1 hr drive:
- Rolls Royce Wraith, damn it looked really nice. I see RR a couple times a month, but 2-door I've seen maybe a handfull of times.
- 2 Lamborghini Urus, I was driving behind one for ~2 blocks, then it turned left and in the same left turning lane about 5-6 cars ahead was another Urus. Urus is something I see once every week or two.
- Some sort of 4-door Bentley, looked 10+ years old. Still classy.
- Porsche Taycan 4S, it was in some weird light pink color that I didn't care for.

My grandma kept her model T up until she passed a few years ago. Absolutely amazing to see the craftsmanship that went into a 100-year old car that literally changed the economy of America!

Wow, it's like a Panamera coupe!

There is a classic car show in town this weekend. LOTS of cool old classics...many of which I can remember when they were being sold as brand new models.

A 2017 NSX. But I’m lucky enough to see it every day.

Back in high school (20+ years ago, yikes!), my bus used to drive by a black NSX every day. Totally drooled over it all year long lol.

So many things annoy me these days...in my state, you can get classic car plates for cars that are 20 years old or older...which means that 2000, 2001, and 2002 cars are now considered "classic". Like what the heck lol

I was dead set on getting a FF before Covid hit. They had terrible depreciation and you could pick up one with 20-25k miles that stickered for 300k for under 100k. NA V12 with pretty nice interior and roomy. But now any decent example is 140k at least.

New York
Any motor vehicle manufactured more than 25 years before the current calendar year that is used only as a collector's item or exhibition piece, and not for daily transportation, may be registered with vintage plates from the model year of the vehicle.

If I still have my 02 Camry in 2027, I'm going to get classic cars plates for it.

These look great and are pretty common around here (NJ/NYC area). The CT version looks even nicer. I was thinking of getting either a 4S CT or EQS (which looks way worse, but I like that screen and the superior range makes it more practical).

I saw one of these in the courthouse parking lot today:

Probably the second best looking car after my own :)

We saw one of these, in this color, with this nose. My wife & I were busting up laughing at it in the parking lot...that front snout is VERY prominent IRL! It oddly has a certain Halloween vibe to it, like the skull's nostrils below. A bit too much for my tastes haha!

VW ID.4. I can't explain how goofy it looks IRL. It's like a Duplo block in a world of Legos. The front end bubble is especially funny-looking in-person. This is one of those hard ones because it's actually pretty photogenic & looks nicer in photos than it does in-person...kind of has a Dr. Seuss-esqe quality to it when you see it tho. Like a toy car but for toddlers. Probably my least-favorite EV design.

Saw a green Bronco today. I didn't care for the green at ALL in the pictures. It's nice, but definitely not for me! Saw it in-person today & it looks WAY different in real life! Like really good IRL! It's much darker & the color fits it much better in-person. In pictures, to me it's just kind of bland, but in-person, it looked surprisingly good! Which is actually the opposite of the green Bullitt mustang, which I thought looked great in pictures, but was EXTREMELY dark IRL, to the point where I didn't especially care for the color in-person.

just picked this up for a road tripper / daily. drives fantastic. You don't see many on the road. Opal/Buick/Vauxhall insignia Estate/ TourX built in germany. 2.0T All wheel drive. and 30ish mpg.

i did see a kia EV6 yesterday, it's a little crazy looking. I think the ioniq looks fantastic though.
