What's Humboldt College

?
I use the terms interchangeably.
Since there have not been any doctoral degrees awarded by a state, ahem, univeristy, it feels like more of a college.
Frankly, I suggest you loosen up a bit. Have a beer. Take a vacation. Get laid. Whatever.
Although that could be changing. I remember reading that state universities are now allowed to award doctoral degrees. It's a new thing apparently.
As soon as I see it happen I'll refer to this place as a university.
But, again frankly, I think Humboldt High School would be most appropriate judging by the difficulty of most of my classes
I don't know whether to laugh in amusement at the statements you make or shudder in anticipation of your unleashing upon the public with your sly salesman skills.
State schools just allowed to give doctoral degrees? Are you serious? You are trying to say that every state school hasn't been able to award Ph.D.'s until recently? You cannot be that ignorant. You are a con man and I am officially amused. Thank you for the early morning laugh.
Edit: I figured it out. You were talking about the state of Delusion in the country of Shut up Beevis.
No, I was referring to the California State school system.
In California, where the future lies, where the words 5th largest econmy lies, we have TWO state school systems.
One is call the UC, or University or California, school system. They have always been allowed to give doctoral degrees.
Then we have UC's little brother, called the STATE school system. Confusing, yes. Correct, yes.
You see, UC, or University of California schools, like Berkeley and Davis, have always been able to give doctoral degrees.
State schools, like Chico State, San Diego State, etc (all giant school with 30,000+ students) have, until now, not been able to give doctoral degrees until now.
