Did you use the digital connection? I actually love mine. The only thing I don't really like is the "oomph" in the bass, but I got them a long time ago so I don't expect much.

Yup, when I had a SB Live Gamer. Sound was OK. When I upgraded my mobo, I wanted to use the onboard sound but it didn't work.

Have the same ones. Gotta love the single-wire connection to the Audigy and the fact that they actually use normal speaker wire.

What single wire connection to the Audigy? The FPS 2000 digital uses some special Digital DIN connector (looks like an Svideo plug) that only SB Lives had. At least, my Audigy doesn't have one!
I forget if the adapter came with my old SBLive card, or if it came with the speakers, but I have a little adapter that converts the digital DIN to a single headphone size plug. Goes right into the digital output jack on my Audigy Plat.

Creative Inspire 5200 5.1 Surround speakers. Got 'em for x-mas last year (I think they cost $70).
