No, I'm just short. It comes with advantages though, I don't have to worry about places with low ceilings, such as the hallway where I work. There's a few places most people have to duck and I just keep walking normally. It's funny.

A guy I went to high school with is like 4 foot something, I was not the shortest person in my class because of him.

I would really like to see a video of this, I don't remember what I repped out at off the top of my head, somewhere around 13-15 and I've got almost 100lbs on you and I'm fairly lean.

I don't think they allow recording in the gyms... but I've been working out non stop for 10 years... Actually I've been working out since high school and stunted my growth then I stopped for a few years to try to grow taller...

I think its easier for me because I have shorter arms (assuming you are taller)... People would watch me and go wtf - I tell them I've been doing this for 10 years and I have shorter arms so its nothing special... I caught my high school bully watching me one time and when I said hi he got scared and ran off - never saw him at the gym again....

Shorter arms makes a huge difference for bench. 18 reps is a lot though. I remember when. Kevin Durant came out of college he did 0 reps at 185. But the guy is spindley long.

I am at that, this kind of build isn't bad for fencing though, very small target area, and I have nice long arms.
