I lost 15 lbs since February to now. I was concern with my look after I went trough my last year vacation pictures (beach pictures) in Central America, and SE Asia. And, I'm so surprise that my waist size now is the same as when I was in college.

I'm Asian, height 5'11", waist 32.5", BMI 24.4

How much do you weigh though?

Lost 10 lbs in the last couple months.

BMI is a pretty crappy barometer for health. When I was in my best shape w/muscle mass, I crossed into the so-called "overweight" category. Only time I hit the middle of the "normal" range I was emaciated and managing on 1000-1500 calories/day. Not pleasant.

I weigh ~5 pounds more than I did in college but I have a lot more muscle now and a smaller waist.

Oh, and BMI is somewhat worthless. I'm in the "overweight" category on BMI though I'm far from "fat". Excess weight, even muscle mass, isn't necessarily good for you but not an indicator of poor health either.

BMI? Who knows
Waist 31
Age 26

I'm what one would call wiry. I've started lifting weights since I badly need to build strength and muscle.

So I'm 10 lbs under the appropriate weight for my size. I'm gonna die.

Don't know my BMI, but I have an eerily similar body to Jason Segal.

I'm a 5' 7-8" Centaur

Weigh 140lbs

Skinny waist. I have to wear a belt with all my pants. It's probably just under 30"

22 BMI

I've had a difficult time putting on muscle mass but I've gotten very very lean. I think I may pig out for 2 months then go back to cardio
