I'm 6'3" tall and weigh 248 pounds (all muscle thanks to 6 years at my local Platinum Fitness Center). Before I started working out I weighed a whopping 140 lbs.
6'1, 190ish....I think I need to lose a few pounds so I can fit into 34" waist pants better, not many comps make 35" waist pants anymore. For those that are around 6'1 at 215, are you overweight??
i put on 10 permanent lb over avg of last 3 years... friends say i look larger but i feel identical. all these boxers and mma fighters ive seen with less weigh look larger than i do (not more muscular, but even bulkier in general)... not sure how that works
6'4" and probably 235-240 now. I've been gaining weight lately and will be down to 225 soon....then will try to lose down to 212 by Xmas if I can get back to running regularly like I was last summer.
