I don't look anywhere near as bad as it would seem, as I'm mostly muscle and not fat, though I have a little bit of a gut that I'm trying to get rid of. I go to the gym a lot, and have since last November.

I'm not sure about what my body fat percentage is, but I work out at the gym everyday for an hour if that helps. At least Im not chunky or w/e.

Get ready for the onslaught of posters who are 6'4, 250 lbs, 1% bodyfat.

 At 1% bodyfat they'd be in the hospital, and nowhere near 250lbs

6'4" and 160 last I checked 🙁 I blame the cafeteria food. It was good last fall semester, but absolutely sucked in the spring (there was no meat to be found anywhere, not filling at all) and I was fending for myself over the summer, living life out of a can, so that didn't help either. But, so far I'm on track to get back up to 170 by the end of this year, hopefully 180 by the end of the school year.

With your height your target weight for being healthy is 197lbs. Even that is too thin. You need to bulk m8!!

200 would be good if I thought any of that would be muscle

I've always been this way, thinboned and tall, mom says she'd get letters from the school every single year saying she needs to feed me more. I was actually coming up on 180 at the beginning of last spring semester, but like I said the food was terrible and that shot everything to crap.
