Not very. BF% or the mirror are better indicators.

Not very. BF% or the mirror are better indicators.

BMI is a joke, especially if you lift weights or anything.

I'm 5'11 @ 192lbs, and I'm probably leaner than 90% of ATOT. I'm far from fat.

Yes, I'm skinny as a rail, and there doesn't seem to be much I can do about it. Even overeating doesn't help lol

Its better to be skinny so you never get stuck.

weighing in at 220 currently. (lbs)

My weight fluctuates alot since I pwn food and random activites at the same time.

I was 240 last month, 215 a week ago and now 220. I have a 10% fluctuation, so I am totally gonna get the beaties.
