I'm about to eat a pizza with a knife and fork (because I'm not an uncultured barbarian), but I'll wash it down with a Coke.

I picked up eating it with a knife and fork in England. Seemed everyone I was around ate it that way and I didn't want to look like a clod. It stuck (like hot tea with milk).

I drink very little soda anymore though. My non alcoholic bubbly drink of choice is seltzer water. Gerolsteiner for plain, Polar of various flavors for flavored.

It is cheap too, 1.5 liters for about 65 eurocents ( Price went up recently because of different VAT rules). And the empty plastic bottle can be returned and you get 25 eurocents back.
