Too many to count, but one of my absolute favorite scenes is the dinner fight scene in American Beauty (the one where Kevin Spacey throws the plate against the wall).

The lobby scene in matrix.
Used to work in high end audio store, that's the BEST scene to demo speakers with :)

I'd probably have to include the D-Day beach landing in Saving Private Ryan.

the part in suicide kings where dennis leary tells that old child molester about 'tatooing' someone with a baseball bat if he 'ever touches that little girl again'

the old man makes some remark..

dennis leary calmly gets up, goes to the kitchen, gets a toaster, and beats the brains out of the guy.

also the part where he bitches about 'cheap' graphite golf clubs... gotta go back to stainless steel

"What do you got in the celler hair Klopek!?"
"It came with the frame"

from the Burbs! I find those two line funny!

But I wouldn't call that my single most fav. Not sure, too much to think about.
