Now, because I'm too lazy to go jogging, I ride my exercise bike every other day for an hour and a half. I usually do 4 or 5 sets of 30 push ups, some sit ups, and curls on alternating days also.

Almost every day I do the following workout:

Stretches
60 pushups
100 crunches
various arm exercises with dumbells
60 situps (twisting)
50 pushups
30 4-count situps (holding 22lbs extra weight)
more various arm exercises with the dumbells
60 more situps (twisting)
50 pushups

And I run every once in a while, about a mile to a mile and a half.

M- Chest & forearms + 40 minutes cardio
T - 40 min cardio
W - Shoulders & Back + 40 minutes cardio
Th - 40 minutes cardio
F - Triceps and legs + 40 min cardio
S - 40 min cardio
Sun - rest

Everyday I exercise has situps and some oblique exercises thrown in.

Also, this is my "optimal" schedule. It never fails I'll have an overnight trip for work and throw things off.

I think I'm going to buy a book on exercise ball workouts as well, and start throwing 20 minutes of that into my routine as well. Need to work on flexibility and strenthing muscles that are otherwise hard to train with freeweights.

I'm down to like the last 5-10 pounds left to lose.I need hand weights but the kind that wrap around the wrists are too big for me. I've also been off for a few days because I've been pretty sick. The one good thing though is that my appetite is down to next to nothing.

Geekbabe - try looking for weight gloves. They are basically gloves with pouches in them that you can add weights to. You can go from like 1 pound all the way up to around 10 pounds with the gloves. They are more comfortable than the wrist bands, and can fit smaller hands/arms better.

That sounds like a winner of an idea,my heart rate gets going pretty good on my morning hike to work, the gloves ought to maximise my walking.

My thoughts exactly.

Just kidding... I do exercise a bit but I don't really have a schedule. I go running at night and do pushups, pullups, crunches, etc. I'm also taking yoga :D
