"What is your biggest weakness" how to answer this interview question?

I have used these in the past:

-talk to much in technical jargon
-take on disproportionate amounts of work in a team (to much)
-I sometimes get upset with things I can not change

What do you all think?

my weakness is X but i've done Y to help me overcome it and my results are Z.

i went to a job interview yesterday and as expected was asked, "what would you consider a weakness you may have?" i did it, i said, "chocolate". we all laughed and i didn't have to answer the question any further.
