This is an example of a rhetorical question. Of course no one wants their a$$ kicked. Although he should have certainly backed up his statement with evidence as to why this question should be rhetorical.

Never much liked Mandela...but hey, now that we live in Bizzaro world... I do. He is wrong, however, in thinking its about the oil directly...the oil is a tool to achieve other goals, primarily protecting Israel against its neigbours and other "threats". Its a proxy war.

my question is exactly as stated above, where does he get the right to say anything about Iraq? First, he was saying that Israel is doing a Holocaust (Text) and now the United States. In my view, and it is probably very very distorted according to you yowolabi, Mandela is in the pocket of a leader or leaders of some middle eastern country.

Personally I find it insulting that he would infer that the Pres of the US is racist because the Sec Gen of the UN is black. Even if you don't like Bush's politics, nobody has ever called the man a racist. Yes, it appears Mandella is quickly approaching senility. What a shame, but it's understandable seeing he's been through so much.

His country is falling apart. Establishing a democratic SA has done nothing for his country- if anything his country is much worse than it was, even during Apartheid. So sad that a great man would come to this.

Where does anyone get the right? Are you saying Bush has more of a right? Not only is Bush talking about Iraq, he's planning on attacking it.

What exactly do you bribe a man with who spends 18 years in prison and said he's prepared to die, rather than go back on beliefs at his own trial. To argue that his viewpoint is not his own is laughable. You couldn't find a person who's proved he's more uncompromisable.
