Prior to 9/11 what did Bush do differently from Clinton wrt to terrorism?
Everything. Where were you in mid-February of 2000 when Colin Powell was outlining US foreign policy should Bush be elected? I remember that week like it was yesterday.
Huh?
The US has no $100 million missiles. Your figures must have come from Paul Wolfowitz or some other ignoranamus. Tomahawk missiles run about $1.9 mil. each.
Is foreign policy success about getting your way or about getting your way without war. Bush certainly knows how to wage war to get his way. Of course when the US spends more on its military than the next 50 nations combined one would assume that to be a foregone conclusion.
What has Bush "fixed" in Iraq? Seems to me that the conclusion is still up in the air.
Well, then I guess that makes about 53 missiles aimed at camels, empty tents, and a medicine factory, right? What did that get us? Nothing.
Bush has fixed Hussein for violating 16 Article VII UN resolutions.

Clinton had plans to attack Al Queta inside Afghanistan and asked Bush to follow though which Bush failed to do. Clinton also had two submarines on quick standby attack. President Bush asked them to stand down when he came into power. http://www.cnn.com/2002/ALLPOLITICS/08/06/cf.crossfire/[/q
This is all the more reason why the US Congress should follow Arkansas's leadership in censuring Clinton. This fat bastard had 8 years to do the obvious, but left the job to the new President.
