I don't think we necessarily want to start a culture of literally overthrowing elected government with the military (at least not yet). But it could be good for them to get together to discuss the future and steps that they can take to ensure that they are abiding by authorized uses of force and whatnot; I'm sure many know all about slow-walking things too.
While I agree with you on the surface.. I think people here are still under the illusion we'll go back to normal after Trump's term ends.
The sad thing is that we've not come to realize we live in a post-MAGA world. It didn't happen bombastically like 9/11 so we've still not realized it.. but everything Obama tried to fix.. we've reverted even further back than we realized.
We still don't fully realize SCOTUS handed W. the election and we look back on it now like no big deal.. what makes you think the right thing will be done. And by this MAGA courts and congress and administration you think they'll respect elections or the military?
I don't even need to sell you this.. you already know.. but you're still in denial of sorts that this is really happening.
It's the same for everyone.. but we have to realize in a post MAGA world.. America doesn't work. Only small pockets of communities/ states do.
For them the billionaires.. maybe their useful idiot farmers/ voters.. but not the general public.
For us maybe the hardcore leftys and those that will travel to stay in our confines for our liberal way of life.
But it just doesn't work if we stay together.. its a war of attrition and we're losing ourselves in it.. have to call it quits and end the 249 year experiment and start a new one with lessons we learned from the previous one.
Yes people will be hurt but people are getting hurt now and not even realizing it! So what do we really have to lose?
