Having an extremely large chrage nurse sit on my chest and shoulder (breaking three ribs) to hold me down while the doctor attempted to reattach part of my thumb after I amputated it in a motorcycle chain.
(weekend in a small town, so no anathesiologest to put me to sleep, and I was bleeding out the local as fast as they could stab needles into me. For some reason, the other hand kept wanting to smack the doctor)

Back surgery. Harrington rods installed in my back. 16 hours on the table, and I fought the entire time even though I was under anesthesia!

Tie that to 4 months of recovery before I could take off the brace and the pain ever since, 17 years.

Whilst hiking I slipped crossing a boulder river, I landed with my nuts on a sharp rock resulting in a very painfull and bloody hike back. (No permanent damage luckily)

I cut the inside of my mouth on a bone shard that shouldnt' have been in my steak. The cut got infected and I had a sever infection, I couldn't see out of eye, and every time that I moved my mouth it hurt. I was given anti-biotics but no painkillers. I was walking to my car when some college kids that had been fighting with each other tripped and slammed into me, mashing my face into a pole. It actually knocked me out.

HAHA. Testicular tortions suck. Plus i was like 13.
I got it somehow from just standing up from the couch years ago. Felt like my nad was gonna explode. I couldnt touch it, or lay on it for weeks. I finally had surgery cause it didnt untwist. I cursed out the dr cause i didnt want it done that they had to give me some happy pills in the hospital. They felt nice, but it was 4 months of pure hell!!!!!!!!!

Ok well, i may be wrong, but I think this tops almost everything else....

When I was 21, I was out with some friends, no alcohal involved, and was walking down the sidewalk. Had to cross the street, so, as I was running across the street, i tripped. I was the last to cross, and a certain driver decided a red light meant nothing to him. Imagine your body hitting pavement, just as a cars headlights poured into your eyes. He smashed into me while I was still partly in the air. He wasn't the kind to stop either, he kept going, and as a result, I suffered much worse injuries. Huge skull fracture, broke both arms, and both my legs, 7 ribs. Collapsed lung. Brain hemorhaging, completely destroyed jaw.3 and half years of rehab. Amazingly, my skull and jaw ended up healing with a small amount of scarring, but my arms and legs all kind of creak when I move. Not with a whole lot of pain, just annoying. Ended up getting my lung removed. Worst scenario of my life.

mountain biking, going about 25 MPH... wrong turn, lotsa rocks and brakes weren't responding...

about 5 minutes later, fratured wrists, dislocated shoulder, dislocated knee, and a lot of scratches and uber bruises...

100 something stiches later, a cast and best rest for weeks, and it still hurt right through vico or perc

I am all better now

oh, and the best part, when I finally came to a rest at the bottom of this hill, I couldn't move and I got to watch my bike falling down the hill behind me before it landed on me...

edit: my knee still decides it want to dislocate sometimes, like when I am walking or something stupid like that, and it hurts like a mofo every time

Probably when I sprained my ankle, and my stupid coach wanted me to stretch it out.
I couldn't really walk for a couple days w/o crutches. We were doing warmups before track practice,
and one of them basically involved jumping and I managed to land on my ankle and not my foot. I had sprained an ankle once before that, but not nearly as bad.

I also was running full speed to get a pass playing football once, and I managed to run right into a basketball hoop's pole full speed. My head was turned the other way looking at the ball. That sucked, but it sure was funny.

But most of you guys have me beat.

When I was like 12 I fell down... and instead of placing my hands out in front of me to protect me, I smiled at the ground that was coming towards me rather quickly...

snapped my two front teeth clean off... that sucked... Every time I breathed in the cold air would go over the exposed nerve... :(

this happened at about 11:00pm, so I could not get to a dentist or anything until the next AFTERNOON.

AHHHHH

I had a rusty bicycle handle bar go into my arm pit, talk about pain. It still hurts sometimes and that was 10+ years ago.

I'll give ya three of equal intensity real quick:
1) at age 5 got third degree blisters on back from sunburn. They solidified ,so the surgeon at Wright Patterson AFB ripped them off with a towel so they could treat the underlying skin for sun poisoning. The largest was about 4 1/2 inches in diameter. They then pulled strips of skin out of my back with tweezers for same application purposes. The medicine hurt just as bad for the next four or five applications, twice per week.
2) While pushing a Tonka toy dump truck running at full speed I hit a crack in the side walk and did a somersault over it landing on my face on the sidewalk.Man you talk about messed up!
3) While in the Army,I injured my knee. They said I was ok after a couple of weeks so I went bowling with the "guys." My knee collapsed causing the 14.88 pound ball to hit and dead stop on my other ankle breaking it in three places. It swelled to about four times its normal size in half an hour. They said that is why it was so painful.
