Why? Because that's all I had to eat for a week straight. That is, until I ran out, of course. Now I eat air I tried to eat some parmesan packets and crushed red pepper packets from Pizza Hut. Didn't taste too good

I don't "hate" any foods but I have some foods that I don't really care about. They are coldslaws, hamburger meats, and last, any kinds of shelf fishes except shrimps (I am allegic to shelf fishes, itching and all).

Heheh...liver is an acquired taste due to the high amounts of iron in it I love liver, and my wife always thinks it's smells so good after I fry some chicken livers up. She always tries one and then always spits it out LOL. My mom came from the south, so I grew up eating liver (we used to fight over the chicken livers during dinner).

I can't laugh at her too much though, because her family is Hispanic, and they make a vile stew called menudo which smells wonderful (after it's done), tastes pretty good, but is filled with TRIPE (which for you people not in-the-know, is fatty honeycombed shaped meat from the lining of a cow's stomach ). Like I said, menudo tastes good, but the meat looks like the tentacles from an octopus- it sticks to the roof of your mouth and it's really chewy. YUCK!!!!

Oh, I also adree that all internal cuts of meat are disgusting to me. I once had surgery many years ago and could not have solid food for about a week. I was starved for it. They had sweetbreads wrapped in bacon (wondered why anyone would wrap a sweet with bacon, but liked both so tried it) on the menu so I got that as first meal. Got it and it looked strange but what the heck. I dunked it in my coffee, took a bite, and puked. It was then that I learned that sweetbreads are thyroid glands!

there's more to meatloaf than ground beef.

Not much more: one or two eggs (to hold it together-can't taste them), bread crumbs, seasonings, some onion. Some people put green pepper and/or tomato in theirs, but that's optional. Not sure what's not to like. Do you like meatballs? A meatloaf is essentially a giant meatball

Meatloaf is my least favorite. Can't stand it. Someone else mentioned water chestnuts which run a close second for me.
