What's the big deal? Chicken hearts taste good.
It seems that corporatization of foods makes Americans the most intolerant of "unusual" animal parts and "unusual" animals.

I'm glad you enjoy the taste of chicken hearts. Here's the deal though; In America we have about 5000 other foods that taste good so most of us don't feel the need to eat some animals heart for a tasty treat. That's my take on it anyway.
