Hm, my dad payed a couple of grand to bring back a bunch of Caribou steaks. He then payed a couple of grand more to bring back a bunch of Elk steaks. Divide ~2000/~40 steaks makes $50 bucks a pop!

I would never go spend huge money on a steak, at a restaraunt, unless someone else was buying. The most expensive I've had, when employer or vendor was paying, was like $100, with two sides, appetizer and wine.

When I have steak, which is rare these days, man do I have steak. I'll get two for myself, nice big T-Bones, or ribeyes.

Damn, aren't large crustaceans chewy? I once cooked a live lobster that was larger than my cat. Bought it at the local asian market. Worst lobster I have ever had.
