About 14 hours JFK -> Tahiti in flight.

18 hours if you count the 4 hours we sat on the tarmac in JFK waiting for the storm to pass

same and I had 4 hours of flight time to get to san fran

I had 8 hours to get to San Fran from Raleigh, NC :(

Almost a full day from the time I left Raleigh til the time I landed in Taipei

I'm guessing 2 stops were involved in the US before San Fran???

My worst one was the 24 hours of sunlight trip starting in New Orleans about 6AM -> Dallas -> San Fran -> Taipei and after I cleared customs it was about 5 in the afternoon when I got in the car for the last 2 hours to the hotel during evening traffic.

I had a 12 hour flight from the Twin Cities to Tokyo, but the final destination was the Philippines. The total traveling time was 20 hours. Jet lag is so lame.

Sounds EXACTLY like my trip. I went from Raleigh to DFW to SF to Taipei. When I arrived in Taipei via Evergreen, it was another hour to our hotel. Then I had a FULL DAY with meetings and such. I was flat dead at the end of the day.

Coming home was even worse. Went from Taipei to LA to Chicago to Raleigh. I was fine when I landed in Raleigh. But about 5 hours after landing, I hit a brick wall and my body just literally shut down.

Longest single "actual time" flight was the ~10 hours from Munich back to O'Hare; longest "trip time" flight was O'Hare to Frankfurt, at roughly 15 hours.

Edit: That's not counting the connecting flights to Green Bay and Zurich or layovers
