I just ate taco bell. I got some mystery meat but with a bunch of lettuce soft taco, which should be reasonably healthy.
Mcd, BK, WC, JITB, Checkers. Nothing could be better, correct?

Subway and blimpie are the same from what I have seen. Subway has their cuts sitting for a while and blimpie cuts it fresh. I think your opinion is flawed.

subway is good, but expensive. I guess that's the price of eating healthy.

Yeh, too bad they have about 850 calories a piece in them, much of it fat depending upon the specific sandwhich.

no fast food is the best fast food. Boston Market is pretty healty I think. Depends on how you eat. If you watch fat, if you count calories, or if you watch your carb intake. So it will vary from one individual to another

Marketing might or not, Subway offers one of the lowest fat and calorie lunches you can grab while on the road.

right, and a bag of chips and a cookie to go along with it. so many carbs that in a hour your back to nibbling again, lol. I liked subway's Asiago chicken, but they ditched so I don't go there no more. Publix makes better roast beef sandwiches than Subway. I only buy a sub once in a blue moon

hmm, well lets do this fairly...

the pop should be excluded since it can be for both meals...

fries can be equivalent with mexifries...

so we're looking at 3 tacos versus a big mac? or is it 2... i forget how big those things were.

anyways big mac has 590 calries, 34 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat
chicken soft taco has 190 calories, 7 grams of fat, 2.5 grams of saturated fat

so looks like 3 chicken soft tacos would be healthier than a big mac. of course, the chicken soft taco is the healthiest taco.

Better than subway?
hard to compare since subway is cold cuts. and cold cuts are crap meat.

There is a chain joint here in colorado called Wok & Roll. Its Japanese fast food and very very healthy.

My favorite is Chicken yakatori. grilled chicken, steamed rice and vegies. sounds blan but the spices they use are out of this world!

Wok & Roll prides itself on its teriyaki chicken ($4.59 with white rice, $4.99 with rice noodles) -- and rightfully so. It's the best thing on the menu: The meat has been marinated for two to three days, and definitely has far more flavor than places where the teriyaki is brushed on at the last moment. Each bowl is accompanied by steamed broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts that actually have some crunch left in them.

The yakitori ($4.99/$5.39), spicy chicken that has been threaded onto a skewer, has less flavor -- but it's also a touch healthier (teriyaki having a higher sodium content). The third, and least flavorful, chicken option is shichimi ($4.59/$4.99), mildly spiced breast of chicken that has the greatest propensity for being dry. In any case, the portions of skinless, boneless chicken pieces are generous and it's not a bad deal pricewise

ummm im hungry now. guess ill just have to wait until tomorrow for lunch
