subway is good, but expensive. I guess that's the price of eating healthy.

no fast food is the best fast food. Boston Market is pretty healty I think. Depends on how you eat. If you watch fat, if you count calories, or if you watch your carb intake. So it will vary from one individual to another

Marketing might or not, Subway offers one of the lowest fat and calorie lunches you can grab while on the road.

hard to compare since subway is cold cuts. and cold cuts are crap meat.
Wok & Roll prides itself on its teriyaki chicken ($4.59 with white rice, $4.99 with rice noodles) -- and rightfully so. It's the best thing on the menu: The meat has been marinated for two to three days, and definitely has far more flavor than places where the teriyaki is brushed on at the last moment. Each bowl is accompanied by steamed broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts that actually have some crunch left in them.
The yakitori ($4.99/$5.39), spicy chicken that has been threaded onto a skewer, has less flavor -- but it's also a touch healthier (teriyaki having a higher sodium content). The third, and least flavorful, chicken option is shichimi ($4.59/$4.99), mildly spiced breast of chicken that has the greatest propensity for being dry. In any case, the portions of skinless, boneless chicken pieces are generous and it's not a bad deal pricewise
