These are all lovely questions, I suggest you get nice and baked and email licensingretail@lcb.wa.gov to ask them! Please report back :p
I kinda need to know how responsive that email address is going to be!
My go to on a thing like this is to start with a sensible question and then in every follow up email ask a question that's slightly more ridiculous each time until the person answering me either has to defend their ridiculous position or just blocks me.
If I know that it's an email that one person looks a once a month I'll stack it all in the first email!

I think you're not likely to get a response until Monday morning, Pacific time, at best. No idea beyond that!

Old Forester 100
Wild Turkey 101
Green River
Jim Beam Black/8yr
Knob Creek 9yr
Buffalo Trace
Dickel #12 (if you like the minerality)

All should be readily available and you will find one your palate likes that can be your everyday.

I havent shopped at ABC Liquors for a few years but they used to carry Tom Sims Bourbon by Heaven Hill. 4 and 7 years old IIRC. It fit the under $25 question and I found it quite nice with the 7 year old being better.. Was my go-to when times were tight. Dont know if they still carry it though. Anybody else tried it?

This Wolcott bourbon is available for $30 at my local Total Wine. Bought a bottle and tried. Not super impressed. Has a little too much bite for me.

Honestly most of Barton's line is meh at best. The only thing I like reliably is 1792 Full Proof and it doesn't knock my socks off.

As a mixer they are inoffensive to me but there is other stuff I'd rather use.

This. Most can be found for $20-30. Clearly, Weller if you can find it. For me, that's one that gets put out on Saturday morning and are gone 15 minutes later. WT 101 is the must have. Good enough to sip (add a cube to open it up on the second pour) and cheap enough to mix.

That was a funny one. Canadian website spambot spamming us to drink our own booze because they are not buying it anymore.

I was disappointed when Ezra Brooks stopped showing up on shelves in the standard 80 proof version, liked it more than Evan Williams at about the same price.

Ezra Brooks is one of my gotos. IIRC it was 90 proof then dropped to 80 and is back up to 90. I think it's a great budget bourbon. They have a 99 proof that's good.

Prices have gone up a good bit since this thread started but everything else has also. IMHO distillers have gone overboard with all the variaties. When I started bourbon hunting in 2017 I could still find some old bottles with age statements. I missed those days.
