I'm just speaking the truth here. Bieber is the most influential Canadian of all-time. Think about it. What is wrong with Canada when Justin freaking Bieber is their most influential citizen of all-time?
There is a lot wrong in the alternate reality in which he is the most influential, but in our particular stream of reality he isn't and thus it's not as bad.

Who is more influential than Justin Bieber? There is no other Canadian who compares to Justin Bieber's influence on a global scale. A couple may come close, but they are nowhere near Bieber in the end.

Justin Bieber is the most influential Canadian of all-time and it's very likely that no other Canadian will ever come close to him in the future.

This is probably true even though I think that Justin Bieber is probably widely thought to be American by most people outside the U.S....

I however have no idea if he's at all popular overseas.

Is it possible that they're making that part of his image...that he's not Canadian because then maybe nobody would care about him?

I don't really know much about Justin Bieber and his image or anything else really, but maybe he is trying to disguise himself as an American because that may make him a star on the international stage, but nobody would care about him if he were Canadian?

Please. The guy's a mediocre twerp who is riding his 15 min. hard (and stupidly). His influence over the teens of this country is just another testament to how shallow we have become. Were I Canadian, I'd be embarrassed.

I completely agree that he's a twerp. However, this twerp is easily the most influential Canadian of all-time. His twerpness is unrelated to his place on the all-time greatest or most influential Canadian list.

The Greatest and Most Influential Canadians of All-Time:
1. Justin Bieber
2. Lead singer guy from Nickelback
3. Wayne Gretzky
4. Frederick Banting maybe.

He may be Canadian but he's trying to be "Americanized". All about the fame, money, and being self centered. What's funny is he came to my city last year or maybe the year before, can't recall, and everybody's GAF index was at 0. In fact I only heard about it months later. I don't even think it went on the news or anything.

TBH I'm surprised at how long his fame is lasting though. I figured it would have died off much quicker. Hopefully he's smart enough to have stashed enough money away to live off of, because his fame is bound to fade at some point I'm sure and he wont be making all this money forever. So many people who make lot of money through fame make the mistake of thinking their high income will always be there.

He'll get sleve tatts and join the illuminati who will once again make his name known then destroy him for his defiance against the order.

How dare you compare that shit popsicle to James Dean. :colbert:

His handlers certainly are though. Check out his hair. Very Dean-esque. Sharp contrast from being a Donny Osmond clone in his early days. Beebs is a rebel without a brain. Also Dean died in a car crash. Maybe Beebs will wrap that lambo of his around a hydro poll. ^_^

I wouldn't call it a "malfunction", it's normal for a Canadian to be that way. :colbert:

He wouldn't be that popular if those American female teens weren't stupid enough to fall for this "talentless hack". Right now they have no other choice on whom to listen to to fill their cravings for a teenage male artist/singer. For sure, in a few years someone else will step in his place and J.Bieber will be a shadow of his former self. ^_^

To quote from Full Metal Jacket. Has he lost all sense of decency since he moved to the US and started hanging around the LA hip hop posses? Pissing in a bucket FFS... Even his accent seems to have changed. He has become rude, crude, loud-mouthed and shames us Canadians with his objectionable behaviour. 🙄

To put it mildly, power corrupts. Money, fame... quite a few cannot handle it, and it blackens their hearts.

WILLIAM FUCKING SHATNER!!

:colbert:

Nah, he's nowhere near as influential as Justin Bieber.

I hope that this whole Bieber thing forces many Canadians to reflect on themselves and their country. Canada can do better. Strive to be better and one day the country can produce someone of more influence and importance than Justin Bieber. I mean, seriously, it's just really sad when Justin Bieber is the most influential Canadian of all-time!

That might be pretty damaging to the Canadian psyche. If the greatest Canadian of all-time was beaten up and it was put up on youtube or whatever, it might cause a national depression.

If I had millions upon millions of dollars I'd piss in the mop bucket at your house and then buy your house. He's a young guy that earned his wealth through American media, what'd you expect? 😕
