Mostly yes. I guess 880G will be 55nm like 790GX (vs. 65nm 780G) and it will be minor improvements as all new tech does, but feature-wise I don't expect anything ground-breaking. And to be realistic I can't really think of what AMD can add more except gigabit ethernet (only thing missing compared to Intel/NV's offerings). And in the case of Intel platform, most boards opt for 3rd party NICs to save cost anyway.
Edit: Quick googling tells me 880G will bring DX10.1 (vs. DX10.0 780G) but I doubt that's what anyone will be waiting for.
