For a male, this causes you to develop female characteristics. But you will not be a true female, you will just appear externally as one. Development of external female genetalia occurs because it cannot be suppressed.

Generally speaking, if you don't know what sex your "significant other" is, you're either retarded or ten years old. Those talk show things are staged, no one could be that oblivious.
