You can't be born with one sexes parts and anothers hormones. What do you think causes sex determination? Hormones. You can, however, not express or not be receptive to your own hormones. For a male, this causes you to develop female characteristics. But you will not be a true female, you will just appear externally as one. Development of external female genetalia occurs because it cannot be suppressed.

Generally speaking, if you don't know what sex your "significant other" is, you're either retarded or ten years old. Those talk show things are staged, no one could be that oblivious.

I would never date you, so the chances of this happening are so close to nil that I honestly don't know what I would do.

The clinical findings originally noted by Morris, who first assigned the name Testicular Feminization Syndrome (Testicular Feminisation Syndrome) to the condition (now replaced by the more accurate and, as far as most AIS women are concerned, much less stigmatizing term Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome), were as follows:

* Female body shape
* Large breasts with juvenile nipples
* Absent/scanty axillary and pubic hair
* No temporal hair recession (balding)
* Female external genitalia with small labia
* Blind-ending vagina
* Absent or rudimentary internal genitalia
* Gonads consistent histologically with cryptorchid testes
* Hyperplasia of interstitial cells: adenoma
* Testes produce androgen and oestrogen
* Increased gonadotrophins.

Impossible. My wife is definitely the opposite sex. There is no doubt. See my sig for proof.
