Did anyone actually read and comprehend what the guy was trying to convey?

He wasn't talking about this specific case per se but the general, overall feeling that there is still a very wide gap in racial and religious equality in America.

We're still waiting for that 'equality' bit where Christians do something even remotely large and horrific as September 11th.

You need to recognize that you're comparing our treatment of FOREIGNERS to CITIZENS, the standard of our response will not be the same. If it were home grown people of all sorts would tear down those responsible regardless of religion.

You see anyone supporting crazy Loughner? WBC, and we all oppose / hate them.

You are comparing apples to oranges with your "waiting" statement. Arabs/Muslim led and non-white led countries have seen more than their share of "Sept. 11th" type attacks led by Christian nations.

The fact that the U.S. has actively sought out groups that will lead entire revolutions should tell you that the "Christians" have a lot more blood than 3000 dead on their hands. Just because it hasn't been done in such a graphic and sensationalized manner does not negate the fact that it has happened and continues to happen to this very day and will continue into tomorrow also.

Vietnam - 2 million killed for no good reason, compared to 3000 on 9/11.

Terrorist army in Nicaragua.

Death squads in El Salvador and many other Latin countries' oppression.

Tyrant Pinochet in Chile, torture, kidnapping, murder of thousands for political repression.

There are many more examples. Get a clue - you are blinded by being too close to it.

Iraq was a war for US power - and it killed hundreds of thousands, in a country with a tenth the population of the US.

Pretty much every religious act of violence has to do with secular reasons, with religion just as a cover/excuse.

Power, land, reosurces, slaves, influence, tribes and much more.

When the European protestants and Catholics fought each other, purging the country of the other side over and over, it wasn't really for religious reasons.

Rather, it was for 'their side' to 'win' power. Think about the differences between Catholic and Protestant dogma - and what they have in common. And it's clear the violence wasn't over some religious dogma differences, but about their 'side' winning power. Similarly the Sunni and Shiite Muslim factions - why would a man kill another over a dispute of some arcane issue hundreds of years ago? But they will kill over their 'side' winning power.

Two hundred million Christians in the US killing 2 million Vietnamese for no good reason but misguided delusions and ideology isn't 'better' than a few Muslim radical ideologues killing three thousand Americans to try to get the Americans to attack Muslims and drive them into the radicals' arms.

And it's not grounds for Jaskalas to proclaim some moral superiority over Muslims for the people on our side 'never having done anything as big as 9/11'.

That's nothing but the ideology of rationalizing mass violence by your side, and it's an enabler of evil.
