What have you caught your pet doing?

Our cats are gay for each other. I don't know how many times we have caught them spooning and/or making out.

My cat is named Resident Evil, she is supposed to be my pet but she prefers my husband, there are nightly petting sessions where she displays an almost doglike devotion to the man.

The worst thing she's done? She ran across a room about 700 square feet, leapt up and bit me right in the arse... totally unprovoked. Oh and I caught her just as she decided to use my ipad's leather case as a scratching mat.

i caught our cat trying to murder our dog when we first got him. All cat's want to think about is murder ya know. So i disciplined the cat and he has been giving me this stare ever since. i now fear for my life but the wife thinks i'm crazy.

One morning, my wife had made pancakes for breakfast. She served the syrup in a small pitcher, which I left on the table after breakfast.
About an hour later, I walked into the dining room to see this guy:

standing on a dining room chair with his nose in the syrup pitcher all the way to his eyes...

It was fully as hell...I got "pretend mad" and made some noise...but I was laughing so hard, I don't think he believed I was really mad...and he was in "sugar-high heaven."

One of my cats (Darwin) could turn the door handle twice to unlock and then open the apartment door to the hallway. After that we placed a door stop in front of the door. It wouldn't open even if unlocked.

We used to have this big old 6-toed tom cat. We had wood floors and I would take the cat and spin him in circles on the floor until he was dizzy. One day the wife was laying on the floor watching tv and I spun the cat around in circles next to the wife. When I stop he promptly jumps on her back and attacks her. Was hilarious.

I once had a female Great Pyrenees pup who we kept in the kitchen when she was little and teething so, she wouldn't get into trouble with our older dogs while we were away. The kitchen was child proofed but, she still managed to eat the cord off my mixer and put two holes in the drywall by gnawing sideways against the wall. She was a determined little bitch.

My stupid cocker spaniel girl gets into trash or food left on the counter too frequently. I don't think she's been caught in the act yet, but she knows it's wrong and will act very sad/scared when she realizes we've figured out what she's done. We tried training her as a puppy, but she is just too goofy and kind of dumb. But she's my favorite dog, so sweet and loyal.

I can't think of anything our other pets (one other dog, 2 cats) have done.. Recently our young male cat got on the counter and started eating a bowl of chips. It was just funny. No one really tried to stop him, as we didn't care about eating the chips.

Our female cat used to get up on the roof and meow at the top floor windows in the middle of the night to be let in.

Oh yeah, my least favorite pet, our older male dog, is extremely neurotic and freaked out by stupid stuff. He doesn't like to be alone. The dogs aren't allowed in the basement, but we'll catch him down there sometimes when we come home, or I will when I wake up (my room is down there). He never seems ashamed though, just wags his tail and goes right upstairs when he's been caught. Idiot.

Many things that dispel the rumor that animals are not capable of cognitive though.

to humans likely not capable.

They thought the same way about women for a long time here in 'these' states and still globably.

you may have won the internut though with that cognitive post.

lolz

yay, torture a cat!

WTF?

You have a major learning disability then if comparing this to the post in this thread.

Yes I tortured him regularly. It's a wonder he lived to be 21. 🙄

If you really want to torture a cat, tie a balloon filled with helium to their tail. Damn I loved that cat. Except the time he stole the meat patty(and only the meat patty) out of brand new whopper right out of my hands. Still baffled over that one.

What a bitch...

My cats don't do much that's interesting. The boy's a flake. He tries to be charming, but ends up irritating. He even gets on his sister's nerves :^D

The couch is off-limits to the dogs and sometimes when i work from home they forget that I'm home. That is pretty funny when it happens.

I've caught one of my cats pissing on his sister twice. I don't know wtf that's all about but that's gross.

When I was younger we had a boxer mix. One night as we were sitting down for dinner, she came up to the table very sneaky and took a 7ish pound roast off the table while we were all talking. Didnt realize it was gone until we were ready to eat at said roast was about gone. Laughed really hard but my mom didnt think it was very funny.

The other night I hear a little tinkling noise and I see my cat pissing in the corner of my room. I barked at her and she flew out of my room, I go downstairs to get stuff to clean it up, and find that she came back to finish the job lol, fuckin hell.

Best one yet 🙂

I keep coming home to find someone has been using the pc, history shows sites like , how to murder and get away with it, common household poisons, and life insurance companies. Only clues I have are pieces of kibbles & bits near the mouse.
