The whole anti-vaccination movement is ridiculous. It's a bunch of people who don't remember what it was like 60 years ago or who don't read enough to remember when people used to get Polio, Whooping Cough or small pox (or pick your poison). They don't remember who bad it was. Now that so many people are vaccinated there usually is no risk, but every once and a while one of these diseases will pop up and since they're not vaccinating, they're screwed.

I'm one of those horrible people that doesn't routinely vax their children. A decision not made lightly, and only after hours and hours and hours and hours of reading and discussion. Parents/individuals who make this choice have their reasons, and they are valid whether others agree or not.
