If I remove a motherboard's battery which I think is near exhaustion to replace it, doesn't this reset the bios to default ? Or does this ruin the bios ? In short is this safe to do ?
i think it will reset the bios. don't worry, it's pretty safe... unless u spill a cup of water on the mobo while changing the battery. but hey... what are the chances of that happening.
