What happened to the default ? I can't stand this layout.

Which explains why our keepers looked at this and thought it was a good idea.

Can't take either of the two that use orange. I can live (for now) with the gray text of "Default Style". The orange....my eyes...they're burning!

Much bigger using "Default Style" from what I can tell...going back to Anandtech Style to check...

Edit: From the thread list, the avatars are the same across the board. From inside a thread, the avatars are much larger using "Default Style" over AnandTech or AnandTech Dark

Also this might be the last straw in terms of me using this burned out husk of a site anymore, it's pretty much unusable with all the ridiculous dead space and how squashed everything is

edit: also it took me 5 minutes to post this, and then it posted 4 times. glad the software was updated for performance reasons lmao
 
this is the worst forum layout I have seen in a long while. The dark mode is better but still crappy. The orange font is absolutely horrible to see.
 
Wow, this week has been really rough...first Stan Lee dies and then this forum layout died, all themes are either too this or too that. Some kid must of designed this, a really young one....sigh...glad I reasearched my new build already so I don't have to frequent too much now, shame..
 
Maybe give it time....someone will design a new theme like the old one.

Besides that the features are looking pretty good.

I just did a right click on the page, and then clicked 'Block on ad on this page'. I hovered over the ugly black box to select it and then followed the rest of the steps to block it...POOF it is now gone...
 
I was also able to use Ad block to block those two panels on the right side in the Default view (you can toggle those off in the Anandtech/Anandtech Dark themes)....
