Jerboy had plenty of warnings via PM and publicly. Whe whiner either didn't get it or blatantly ignored it. He thinks that he deserves to post here, which is his first mistake. I talk to him on ICQ and at times I see exactly why he was banned. We've had long convos about it and he can't get it through his thick head that this is a private forum with rules set in place by the mods, the admins, and Anand. He doesn't understand that if he fscks off enough, he'll get banned and that there's nothing he can do about the banning. It's the mod's choice to ban him and he has absolutely no say whatsoever in that decision. It doesn't matter what *proof* he has, he was simply a target for the masses. The forums will be more peaceful with him gone. If he were to mature, I would appreciate seeing him back though; the guy's a fscking genius :Q

Either that, or he has the mods by the short and curlies. If I went around flaming people and acting like an ass like Red does, I would get boot in da ass befire I even knew it. What do you mean nik? Maybe my words aren't worth anything, but no matter how much I dislike Jerboy (which is quite a bit... he is pretty arrogant for only being 17), I don't think he deserves to be called a "butt plug". If someone called me a butt plug, I wouldn't really care. However, directing that sort of insult at Jerboy pokes fun at his choice of lifestyle. If he were black would it be OK to call him a "n*gger"?

I'm just stating my opinion here though. Red Dawn, you, etc... everyone is entitled to their opinion. I don't buy into the whole mod conspiricy crap. I'm not on anyone's side.

Mike might flame on occasion, but at least he is not a whiner. He has proven to be an asset to this community over the years unlike Jerkboy the compulsive whiner. The forums will be a better place without his foul attitude.

I agree with Nik that the kid is smart. He is so damn anal retentive that it makes it tough to want him around. The Ulfwald thread wasn't the main reason he was banned. He has been given vactions and numerous warnings before. Finally he was banned. To be honest I actually find it more pleasant here than before. I stopped visiting Rallispec forums as much because his nonsense has carried over there and gotten the adult forum there banned. I really didn't like his interjection into some threads and thread crapping. Like everyone else he has a right to his point of view whether or not we like it. You can go overboard and go against board rules, and that is what led to his banning. I tried to stay out of most of the threads he started, but some were just such great flame-bait that I had to jump in.

BTW, I think it is really unprofessional to link to his website that shows a supposed list of moderators. PM and e-mail the list around if you wish but posting a link to his site with that list in a public forum is not very cool in my opinion. This board was chosen to have anonymous moderators and when you break their anonymity it makes their job harder and this board harder to control.

Red Dawn isn't the banned one here, but most of you are acting like he threw the switch on Jerboy. Whatever.

So, whining is not tolerated. Personal attacks are not toleraed either, unless they are from certain "protected" members? I have seen several people get banned for personal attacks, yet I haven never seen Red get as much as a warning from the mods for his personal attacks (which are quite numerous). It's obvious that he can do things that no other can do.
