Lutefisk? I don't know, Minnesotans eat terrible, bland food. Anything beyond meat n' potatoes was imported. Minnesotans are only starting to understand how spices are used.

Hahaha, I'm Minnesotan and my dad and grandpa used to eat that nasty crap. I refuse to go near them until the next day.


I'm going to school in Iowa now and I would say the only thing Iowa/Minnesota has is sweet corn. I've had sweet corn a lot of places, but it's not as good as the stuff around here.
