What food is actually better stale than fresh?

eww...cold pizza is nasty, with all the grease solidified, it's like biting into wax.
I like mine hot and freshly baked.

Do macerated strawberries count?
Coleslaw?
Fresh salsa?
Guacamole?

Some of these are supposed to "rest" to let the flavors come together, but I consider something "stale" when it starts to go downhill. :)
