My week of vacation is already almost done and I hardly did what I wanted. Been putting together a trailer kit to build a cargo trailer and was hoping this would take less than a day but I'm on day 2 so far... It's been frustrating due to crap instructions. Should have paid a couple grand more to buy one of the models that was bigger and already made. Once this is done I still need to add custom floor and rails myself, although that will be easier as I'll just design and build it myself. Sometimes it's easier to design and build something than to follow instructions. They had a model that has a floor and rail kit and I'm very happy I didn't get that one. Will be easier to just do my own floor and rails.
Got a bit of will power to finish up the trailer tonight as there was a few extra parts left to finish. Only thing left is the wheels and tighten stuff with the impact that I did not want to do this late at night (loud). I want to bring one of the wheels to Canadian Tire tomorrow to see if they have ones that match the lug nut pattern but bigger diameter, the ones it comes with are kinda small for the places I want to go with it. I pondered on how I want to design the floor and have an idea how I'll do it, so will get the lumber for that as well. That will be a more fun project as it does not involve trying to figure out instructions, just design and build myself. Hopefully I can finish that up by tomorrow then I can move on to other stuff.
