Same company keeps coming to my house telling me they can replace my roof. I politely ask them to leave. I was less polite just now. Good times.

Think I'm going to have to go to home depot and buy a bigger bucket, probably a storage container. That water really coming in now... I think at the end of all this they will be redoing the entire ceiling in the kitchen as I'm sure the water is spreading more than what I see.

Putting together a small trailer and the instructions are crap, the hardware bags also don't specify what the part number is on them so it's a guessing game if I'm using the right hardware, and there's not much pictures.

I've been having trouble peeing.

Went to the urgent care clinic yesterday, and now I'm hooked up to a catheter.

Thankfully I'm now back home.. but this is awkward.

(Sorry for the gross subject.)

Got in my car after work yesterday and noticed mouse droppings on the dashboard. Last night I searched and couldn't find any evidence of a nest, so maybe that's good. Started looking around my garage and saw more droppings, so I guess I have one or more in the garage, but I couldn't find anything. The droppings weren't there a few days ago so I'm hoping they haven't set up residency yet.

I ordered some mouse traps and hopefully I can catch all of them. I guess it had to happen eventually, though; my house is surrounded by woods and this is the first time in 13 years I've seen any mouse droppings inside. Nothing in the basement (yet?...)

None of my current cats are lap kitties. Mamas will sometimes get my lap, especially in winter, but she doesn't doesn't just chill. She kneads my stomach til it's shredded. My old girl Frankie was totally a lap kitty. When I had to get up to do something, I'd pick her up as a ball and put her back in the chair. When I got back, I'd again pick her up as a ball, and put her back in my lap, and we'd continue like nothing happened :^D

She's very happy when doing that, and I don't have the heart to stop her, though I'll sometimes position my arms so she doesn't start when I'm wearing a shirt I don't want shredded. Pain is nice contrast to feeling good :^D

One of my bank websites has been down all morning for maintenance. I need one piece of info and can’t get to it.

Good luck. I'm fighting mice and rats in my garage, and I've seen some mice droppings in parts of my house. Across the street to the northwest of my house is a field the framer grows different crops, mostly corn or tomatoes and then to the west of me is a field as well that gets tilled twice a year, so yea we've got an endless source of rodents. There's a few strays in the neighborhood so that helps too.
