do you get to sell it to collection?
Haven't looked into it. Figure that it I can't collect it, banging on their door, someone on the phone 1k miles away has a snowball's chance. I've only ever seen one trade line on a credit report that was a 3rd party collector for a finance company.

Maybe I should look into it. Pennies on the dollar is better that zero on the dollar.

Wrote off $11.7K for non payment for 2021. Not too bad but it's a FWP because I can't burn all their houses down.
I had a friend take a bulldozer a D3 I think to a shanty town less than five miles from Joe's house in Northern Delaware. Therefore, courage not first world problem. I took 17k a few years ago. Occupants a MD a RN and their Yale grad daughter.

I just went to take some pizza boxes to the yard waste. Some dickhead filled my yard waste can with recycling,.. Which was sitting right next to my recycling!

Hmm, 100k in debt to flip burgers...Nope. Trade, comp skills, ftw.

College is overpriced and it's too much of a business and it's certainly not a one size fits all solution, the trades should get paid well and have great benefits too, but uh, yeah, the people making the real big money, vast majority=college.

Just finished a big batch of my dog's food. This is a 12 quart stock pot 3/4 full of the finished product. Now I gotta portion it out into ziplock bags and clean everything. That's my problem.

Credit Karma Tax, which I have been using to file my taxes for years, was recently acquired by Cash App. I went to log into Credit Karma Tax to start my 2021 filing and was told I need to download the Cash app on my Android device to file my taxes. The only way to login is to download the Cash app and use the QR code scanner in the app to authorize login. What a crock of shit.

That blows. I hate how everything is moving towards forcing us to install proprietary apps on our devices. I would cancel that service out of spite.

Yes. Not cash app but others. Problem being that the powers that be don't care. Most just sheeple along.

I can't keep up with Peloton female bike instructors. Damn, they're strong and powerful. Olivia Amato kicked my ass last week and today, Kendall Toole gave me another smackdown. Major respect to those two ladies.

My wife wants one. Are there stores or did you get it online? Did you have to assemble it?

They have showroom stores in major cities. Wife and I checked it out at the store during the summer and then ordered it online like 6 weeks ago. We got the Peloton Bike+ Family package which comes with two pairs of bike shoes and other goodies.

Bike comes fully assembled minus the screen. They just attach the screen monitor in your house and will set it up at room and location of your choice. All you have to do is log in. You need Peloton All Access Membership to fully enjoy the bike. It's separate $39 /monthly fee. That gives you and everyone in your family access to all Peloton classes and their vast library of workout videos. Lot of people balk at the $39 monthly subscription fee but I think it's worth it. Real life studio spin classes are not cheap and that's sort of what you're getting with Peloton. All other workout genres are just bonus IMO.

We also have one of those cheap $500 spin bikes I bought from Costco couple years ago. While it's ok, the whole bike workout experience is subpar compared to Peloton. Without the precise bike pedal resistance displayed on the screen, it's hard to tell what actual resistance and cadence levels I'm riding with the Costco bike. Peloton Bike+ handles all that automatically as instructors call out, or I can manually adjust it if I prefer. But I always know the precise resistance and cadence because it's displayed on the Peloton bike screen. Peloton Bike+ also syncs with Apple Watch so I always know my heart rate, zone level, and strive score. And leaderboard is pretty fun to chase.
