Pretty cool. 5 miutes to set up. Less to take down when the lifeguard says they and tents are prohibited at N Myrtle beach. Umbrellas only.

Wait there are beaches where that's not allowed?

I would pull the discrimination card on that one, gingers need shade!

Safety issue if they need to get a rescue vehicle nearby. Not sure what the difference is with 1k umbrellas during peak season.

It's nice. Low 80's

One package was supposed to be delivered via USPS this past Saturday and even though I was home all day they just stuck a tag on the outside door instead of buzzing me (package req'd signature). I certainly would've heard the buzz; I've been woken out of bed by it before and it's fricking loud as shit. Had to wait until yesterday, Wednesday, to pick it up at the post office.

Then I had ordered a Quest 2 VR system cause I finally sold my HTC Vive system, and paid a little extra (it was only like $5?) for it to come in a day this past Sunday (also USPS).

Well Sunday came and went. Here's the fricking tracking history:

I guess that's not USPS fault but wtf dawg.

Amazon now says when I go to the order "although it may still arrive you can request a refund now." I've actually had similar happen not that long ago; paid for expedited shipping, no update to tracking history and it missed the delivery window. A few days after the original delivery date the tracking was updated and it came about 5 days later or something.

It guess I'll give it until tomorrow and then contact Amazon. I was so looking forward to trying this out by now FML.

i'm at the bank atm getting cash and i feel hungry.

there's a McD next door so i open the McD app to see what the June deals are.
it's asking me for login/password?!
it has never asked me for login/password since i entered it last year when i installed the app.

i dont remember my password nor the email addr i used.
after a couple of failed tries, i gave up.

No McD for me :(

Yesterday I was driving back to the office from picking up lunch, and I remembered it was National Donut Day. I'm like, "Hell yeah! I'm getting a free donut at Dunkin' Donuts!" So I pull into the parking lot and before going in, check the website to make sure I can get one.

Well, Dunkin' Donuts is stupid and they only offer a free donut with a beverage purchase, so I say, "F that!" and drive away. So lame.

My right hand index finger is inflammated because of too much mousing.
my index and middle finger hurt because of overuse yesterday.

was playing a slot machine trying to hit the progressive.
so i was slamming the button as fast a possible because each bet moves the progressive amount a little higher.

i think it took 30min before it hit.
and amazingly, i broke even

my restaurant charges last month for eating out by just myself was $400.
(my overall restaurant charges was 4 figures.)

those buffets really add up (once each a week):
sushi buffet $21
korean bbq meat buffet $30
shrimp and mussels buffet $50

i need to start eating at home more again.
(spaghetti and tv dinners)
a month later, my eat out bill just by myself is down to $300.
still too high.

i cut out the korean bbq and shrimp/mussels buffets. (i still goto the sushi buffet.)
but i added a couple of new restaurants and a craft brewery that charges by the oz.

they have 20+ taps on the wall with all sorts of beer.
it's .40 to .60 per oz, depending on beer.
so $5 - $7 for 12oz

For an app for the crap they sell at the pedo clown burger joint?

Actually most PW managers don't work that seamless with "apps" but within browsers. And even if they did you still have to provide password for that, which you probably do know.

One of my beef's is with Sam's Club scan-n-go app. Wonderful when it works, but time to time (every couple of months) it requires me to re-login, even though I've been using it in the store, and my PWM is problematic in doing so.
OR all of a sudden (again every 2 - 3 months) it wants the 3 digit security number on the back of my card, so stand there and dig out my wallet to look at the back of the card.

I just used my damn fingerprint to open the fucking phone to use the app, so WTF, is that not sufficient?

At least "she" won't be so jealous and nagging all the time. :)

In other news, I called the local ISP to ask for a deal ($40 or less a month with unlimited data internet for home) and the CSR did it but now I will have to pay over $60/month. Gonna have to call again on Monday and ask them to lower the price or I will leave.

And the darn local Kroger's are cutting back their hours. They are now closed at mid night instead of 1 a.m.as they used to be (their website still posts 1 a.m. closing time). I had to scramble to get my stuffs last night because I thought I would have another hour to shop.

If he’s forgetting the one password, odds are he’s forgetting more. It’s either that, or he’s using the same password for multiple accounts, and that’s a big no no. I’m with you on the not working on certain apps thing. I usually open my vault and copy the password and then paste it into the app. It’s a pain but it works.

Not me but the wife called and said make chili...gives me the goods plus 1tbs of chili powder and pepper for her recipe ... 75oz of beans and such plus 1lb of burger.

Dayum, I like it. She, ...oh, so, not but she's not home yet.

Chili farts for 4 days...is that a win?

Edit: I'm eating a lot of chili

Someone at work thinks it's a good idea to fill the ice cube trays completely full. Not just to the top of the individual cubes but to the top of the tray. It's basically one big cube, can't break them apart by twisting the tray.
I go wash my hands if i have to break them apart but i'm betting others aren't.
